This policy explains what we collect when you register your interest on this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

First Mover Academy is being set up in Dubai by its three founders, Nick, Sam and Sarah. We are responsible for the details you give us. You can reach us at hello@firstmoveracademy.com.

What we collect

When a parent or guardian fills in our registration form, we collect:

• your name, email address and, if you give it, your mobile number
• your child’s school year and, if you give it, their school
• what you’re interested in, and how you heard about us, if you tell us
• your consent to be contacted, and the date you gave it

We don’t ask for your child’s name, and the form is meant to be completed by a parent or guardian, not by students.

Why we use it

Only to contact you about First Mover Academy: free online tasters, booking for our programmes, and related updates. We rely on the consent you give when you register. We don’t use your details for anything else, and we never sell them.

Who can see it

The three founders. Our website and form are hosted by Netlify, and our email by Zoho; they store the details on our behalf and may hold them outside the UAE. We don’t share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or for 24 months after we were last in touch, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the details we hold, correct them, delete them, or stop contacting you. Email hello@firstmoveracademy.com and we’ll act on it promptly. Every email we send also lets you opt out.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
